Requirements

• 6+ years in Growth Marketing, Digital Merchandising, or Website Experience Management.
• Proven track record of managing a high-traffic site with direct commercial outcomes.
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities with the ability to articulate design effectiveness.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS).
• Mastery of GA4, GTM, and A/B testing platforms.
