Overview

As a Tech Lead at Zensurance, you will be responsible for steering the Engineering Team's technical direction, focusing on security and scalability while collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and maintain customer-facing applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in API development and integration.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end web applications using JavaScript frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in designing scalable systems.
• Experience mentoring developers and working in Agile environments.
• Full-stack experience with React, Node, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and DevOps performance.
• Experience with JavaScript development tools.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
