Requirements

  • 5+ years of insurance experience, preferably in commercial insurance.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid provincial broker's license (RIBO preferred).
  • Experience in driving team performance.
  • A hunter mentality with persistence to meet targets.
  • High attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
