Website Experience Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead the user experience strategy for Placetel and related digital properties.
• Plan and evolve site structure, navigation, and information architecture.
• Build and optimize pages directly in the CMS.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop new landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific assets.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates, SEO visibility, and user retention.
• Own and refine our UX/UI patterns, working closely with design and brand.
• Identify and implement improvements to site performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across the entire web funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website management, UX design, or digital experience roles.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and A/B testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMS systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Analytical mindset: you love to test, iterate, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative spirit: you’re great at working with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments.
