Overview

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will support clients in maximizing the potential of our AI solutions, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful usage of Placetel AI.

In Short

• Support onboarding of new clients for AI Voice Agents.
• Analyze customer needs and assist in implementing individual use cases.
• Conduct training sessions, product explanations, and feedback discussions.
• Monitor customer performance and identify optimization potential.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Presales, and Marketing.
• Actively contribute to the Customer Success processes for our AI portfolio.

Requirements

• Completed studies or initial professional experience in customer service, project management, or sales.
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
• Interest in technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud communication.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Initiative, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
