In Short

• Take full ownership of the go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI in Spain.
• Drive awareness, demand, and growth through strong digital execution and scalable online marketing initiatives.
• Manage the local website's content, structure, and UX.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email).
• Localize messaging and content for the Spanish market.
• Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with central teams and external agencies.
• Support local product launches and feature rollouts.
• Ensure brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.
• Work data-driven and continuously optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website, performance marketing, content, analytics).
• Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus.
• Solid understanding of digital KPIs and growth funnels.
• Experience with CMS systems and marketing automation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a local market.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and fluent English.
• Comfortable in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment.
