Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in commercial lines underwriting operations.
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting products and processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Understanding of risk analysis and assessment.
• Familiarity with rating procedures and pricing.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word.
• Effective delegation and team management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in problem analysis and solving.
