Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will provide front line phone support to customers, field engineers, and sales professionals, resolving Tier 1 customer issues and enhancing overall team efficiency.

In Short

  • Provide technical phone support for customers and field personnel.
  • Document complaints accurately within CRM.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot robotic problems using remote diagnostics.
  • Perform log reviews and provide summaries to field service.
  • Drive resolution of product performance issues.
  • Create and track service requests in SAP/CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA processes.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Flexible work schedule, including holidays and on-call duties.
  • Collaborate with various departments for technical support.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Operating Room protocols and anatomic terminology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and standard software applications.
  • AA degree in electronics or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Two years of experience in call center support, preferably in the medical device industry.
