Field Service Support Engineer 2 – 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility.

In Short

• Work in a team to support the installation and maintenance of medical products.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems.
• Coordinate system delivery and installation.
• Travel up to 75% for work-related tasks.
• Work second shift hours, typically between 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Maintain compliance with O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
