Field Service Support Engineer 2 - Weekend Shift - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility. This role demands expertise in electro-mechanical systems, exceptional customer service, and communication skills.

In Short

• Work extended shifts, typically on weekends.
• Up to 75% overnight travel required.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products.
• Maintain compliance with O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Intuitive teams for company goals.
• Manage customer relationships and support training events.

• Complete all assigned training and administrative tasks.

• Minimum 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.

• General computer skills.
• Valid driving record and ability to obtain vendor credentialing.
