Overview

The Senior Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery by managing field-based teams and coordinating service-related activities within their region.

  • Conduct weekly alignment meetings with the Field Service Management team.
  • Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Provide operational guidance for service policy implementation.

Requirements

  • 5 years of field service experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and initiative.
  • Familiarity with hospital operating room protocols is a plus.
  • Proficient in standard software applications.
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
  • Compliance with vaccination requirements as mandated.
