Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate will help maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems while supporting surgical teams and driving sales growth in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Implement clinical sales plans to drive utilization of da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Become an expert in da Vinci Surgery for core indications.
• Support regional sales and marketing events.
• Develop surgical team plans for system usage.
• Drive utilization by working with surgical teams.
• Expand the user base by developing leads with hospital staff.
• Lead training sessions for surgical teams.
• Provide guidance on da Vinci Surgical System usage.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales and procedures.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in medical device support or sales.
• Experience in sales support or successful sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
