Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate will help maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems, supporting surgeons in enhancing their surgical precision and improving patient benefits.

In Short

• Develop strategies to drive utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Become an expert in da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties.
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness.
• Train OR staff in managing the da Vinci® system.
• Develop surgical team plans for independent system use.
• Drive system utilization through collaboration with surgical teams.
• Expand the user base by engaging with hospital staff and surgeons.
• Manage sales-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-6 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
