Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System by clinically selling to surgeons and managing surgical teams.

• Develop sales strategies to enhance robot utilization.
• Manage training sessions and OR integration for surgical teams.
• Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across specialties.
• Support sales and marketing events for system awareness.
• Create individual da Vinci® Surgery plans for surgical teams.
• Expand the user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Travel up to 25% for the role.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Proven record of sales success.
• Strong ambition and work ethic.
