Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) focuses on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Vancouver territory, working closely with surgical teams and the Clinical Sales Manager to drive sales and provide training.

In Short

  • Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategies.
  • Manage surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration.
  • Be a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across surgical specialties.
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
  • Develop plans for surgical teams to use the system unsupervised.
  • Expand the user base by working with KOLs.
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities.
  • Travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Must live in or relocate to the Vancouver Area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
