Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Philly, PA territory by supporting surgeons and surgical teams.

In Short

• Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy.
• Manage training sessions and OR integration for surgical teams.
• Be a resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
• Develop plans for surgical teams to use the system unsupervised.
• Expand the user base by collaborating with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Travel up to 25%, with potential for nights and weekends.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for the role.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven record of success and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
