• Build relationships with current students and alumni to create a strong referral pipeline.
• Proactively identify referral opportunities and convert them into warm leads.
• Collaborate with various teams to surface top alumni advocates.
• Maintain accurate referral data in the CRM and track referral stages.
• Communicate program offerings and outcomes to referred prospects.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve program quality and retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral-based enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly.
• Experience in community engagement, referral sales, or alumni relations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams for high-impact campaigns.
• Organized and motivated by outcomes.
• Good understanding of how experienced tech professionals think.
• 2–5 years in customer success, inside sales, or referral marketing.
• Prior experience in ed tech or career transition programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Freshdesk or Salesforce.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
