The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective pricing strategies for U.S. Government contract proposals, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Leadership experience and effective communication skills.
• Understanding of profitability drivers in government contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8-10 years in pricing or finance roles in government contracting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
