Overview

As a Senior Strategic Partner, you will own and drive revenue through strategic partner channels, including fintech integrations, resell partnerships, and co-sell motions. This sales-oriented role offers the opportunity to build and scale new business from the ground up, with a $1M+ revenue target in Year 1.

In Short

Own and drive $1M+ in revenue through co-sell and reseller partnerships with fintech and digital banking partners.
Identify, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies with channel partners focused on payments, bill pay, onboarding, and other fintech use cases.
Activate and scale new partnership programs with key fintech players to generate new business opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its strategic partners, leading sales enablement efforts.
Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression and co-selling strategy.
Represent interface.ai at banking conferences and industry events to drive awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
Maintain and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce.
Contribute to partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or fintech partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Proven success in generating revenue through channel partnerships and meeting quota targets.
Understanding of the financial services ecosystem and digital banking platforms.
Experience launching and managing co-sell and reseller programs with measurable results.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
Skill in using prompt engineering techniques with generative AI tools.
