Requirements

• University or college education in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years in engineering roles.
• Strong ownership and dedication to results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of systems design and performance tuning.
• Experience with high-level languages.
• Knowledge of AWS, VMware, and databases.
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting.
• Proactive in identifying areas of improvement.
