Overview

The Director of Technical Support is responsible for ensuring that Intelerad constantly delivers an outstanding support experience, tracking key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and managing goals and processes to align the global team's performance with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years in leading a technical team in a software company.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a technical or service delivery role.
  • Experience with ITIL and Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
