Overview

The Critical Care Manager is responsible for managing clients in critical, at-risk states, ensuring strong relationships and effective solutions to return clients to a non-critical state.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional service to assigned clients.
  • Understand Intelerad’s products and clients' needs.
  • Establish regular meetings for project resolution.
  • Identify and resolve clients' pain points.
  • Manage client issues and collaborate with teams.
  • Provide constant availability during critical situations.
  • Encourage client participation in initiatives.
  • Work with specialists for appropriate services.
  • Transition clients back to non-critical status.
  • Prepare reports for C-Level leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage critical situations.
  • Effective communication at the VP/C-level.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
