Overview

The VP of Product Management will lead our Policy Decisions platform in the P&C SaaS space, defining product vision and driving the roadmap to deliver innovative solutions.

In Short

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for the Policy Decisions platform.
• Drive the end-to-end product roadmap prioritizing initiatives for value and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10 years managing people including multi-functional teams.
• 15 years in domain or relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex issues simply.
• Experience in budgeting, project structuring, and partner management.
• Presentation skills to communicate with all levels.
• Readiness to accept challenging assignments.
• Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of interdependencies between domains.
