VP Product Management - Remote

Overview

As the Vice President of Product Management, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping and executing our product strategy for our Dara compliance products ensuring we are adhering to all applicable regulatory, legal, and industry standards. Leveraging your extensive experience and strategic vision, you will define clear goals and visions for new and existing products, develop compelling roadmaps, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation. In Short

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Product Management team.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products.
• Develop and execute product hypotheses for users.
• Define a framework for customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct technology assessments and collaborate with product design teams.
• Identify critical interdependencies among elements that impact product performance.
• Lead and mentor the Product Management teams.
• Conduct performance appraisals and training initiatives.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Product Management, and/or related field with 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Expert knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and frameworks.
• 10+ years of experience in mortgage loan servicing.
• Extensive experience in managing product strategy and development.
• 6+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
