Overview

The VP, Product Management, NGO role will lead the product strategy and execution for NextGen Office (NGO), our EHR and Practice Management platform designed for small-market ambulatory healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in product management.
• Healthcare/healthcare IT industry experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing product development cycles.
• Experience writing business cases and developing go-to-market strategies.
• Significant general management and P&L experience.
• Experience navigating complex situations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MVP concept and Agile development process.
• Deep understanding of EHR and practice management technology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
