Overview

The Sales Support Engineer II, Application Managed Services, is responsible for supporting sales conversations as a subject matter expert in the Application Managed Services (AMS) space for clients during the sales cycle.

• Conduct sales support conversations with clients.
• Ensure accurate quoting during the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with services.
• 1+ years of experience with sales/quoting, support, or operations.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of sales tactics and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and develop business strategies.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Resilient with commercial knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills.
