Customer Success Product Associate - US Shift - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Product Associate (CSPA) at Instructure will support Global customers by providing product expertise and guidance to Customer Success Managers, enhancing customer adoption and growth of the Instructure Learning Platform.

In Short

• Develop deep product knowledge in designated product lines.
• Consult with Customer Success Managers on product functionality and best practices.
• Test and demonstrate new features and product updates.
• Conduct data aggregation and analysis to support customer conversations.
• Assist in identifying customers for recruitment opportunities.
• Collect and surface customer feedback for prioritization.
• Create resources and documentation for Customer Success teams and customers.

Requirements

• College degree (BS, BA, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and complete tasks.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Team-oriented mentality with strategic resource utilization.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems.
• Customer facing experience in the software industry.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work North America hours remotely.
