Overview

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Parchment, you will focus on creating a phenomenal experience for members within your territory by managing and utilizing eTranscript SAAS technology.

In Short

  • Cultivate an exceptional member experience through calls, emails, and events.
  • Build relationships at all levels within member organizations.
  • Conduct dynamic presentations and communicate effectively.
  • Master Parchment's products and services.
  • Manage renewals and expansion opportunities for 100-500 accounts.
  • Quoting, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Accurate forecasting and customer engagement planning.
  • Meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Postsecondary degree, BA or BS preferred.
  • Experience in the Higher Education industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation and public speaking ability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in customer success or admissions roles.
  • 25-30% travel annually.
  • Consistent attainment of quarterly/annual goals.
