Requirements

  • Fluent in Tagalog, written & oral.
  • Based in Singapore or Australia only.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong first impression ability.
  • Ability to balance inbound urgency with outbound discipline.
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization and time management in a remote environment.
  • Collaboration-first approach with Sales partners.
  • Experience in sales development or related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently while aligned to team goals.
  • Strong follow-through and process discipline.
