Overview

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow new Channel Partners for our PowerOn Solution, focusing on revenue growth through partner recruitment and development.

In Short

  • Manage and grow new Channel Partners.
  • Implement multi-year revenue growth plans.
  • Lead partner recruitment and onboarding.
  • Coordinate company resources to meet partner objectives.
  • Achieve sales quotas through partner-driven sales.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide coaching.
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among partners.
  • Report to the DVP NA Channel Sales.
  • This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales.
  • Proven track record in partner recruitment and revenue generation.
  • Experience with reseller and consulting ecosystems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
