Overview

InReha GmbH is an innovative case management company based in Hamburg, assisting individuals after accidents and illnesses in managing their medical rehabilitation and social reintegration. They seek a dedicated team leader for DRV case management.

In Short

• Lead and support freelance case managers.
• Ensure quality assurance and documentation oversight.
• Engage in independent case management work.
• Contribute to optimizing and digitizing internal processes.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation clinics and internal teams.
• Plan and develop the InReha Academy.
• Manage communication, including a monthly newsletter.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
• Continuing education in Case Management or CDMP qualification (preferred).
• Knowledge of rehabilitation law and social service structures.
• Proven methodological and legal competencies.
• Leadership experience with empathy and clear communication.
• Ability to handle complex situations and make objective decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Willingness for occasional flexible working hours.
• Knowledge of medical conditions (preferred).
