Overview

The FSP Data Management Team Lead will manage and support a team of Data Management professionals to efficiently produce databases that meet customer requirements while providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of relevant work experience including people management.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Management processes.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of basic Project Finance.
• Proactive risk evaluation and problem-solving skills.
