Join our team in the field of Rehabilitation & Participation! We are looking for a dedicated assistant to relieve our management of organizational and administrative tasks, acting as a central interface between management, team, and external partners.

• Organization of appointments, meetings, and business trips

• Support in accounting, application management, and onboarding
• Maintenance of databases and administrative processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in assistance, administration, or project work
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally also with CRM/accounting systems
• Very good German language skills
• Organizational talent, communication strength, and team spirit
• Discretion, loyalty, and enjoyment of independent work
