Billing Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for driving team performance across the entire Billing Department from end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing billing operations.

• Supervise and drive productivity in the Billing Department.
• Lead team members to achieve monthly Accounts Receivable reduction.
• Improve processes and identify best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 4+ years experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial Insurance.
• Experience in oxygen or HME billing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephony systems.
• Experience with Oracle, Brightree, and Salesforce is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-oriented problem solver.
• Certification in Revenue Cycle or Project Management is a plus.
