Billing Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the billing staff and ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, while enforcing standard operating procedures and managing department performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 3 years of related billing experience, including supervisory experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of billing transactions and processes.
• Ability to establish effective department workflows.
• Demonstrated initiative in problem-solving.
• Experience in coaching and training staff.
• Ability to track and manage performance metrics.
