Join the team as our next Supervisor, Billing Operations on Twilio’s Segment product team, where you will lead an international team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

In Short

• Lead and supervise an international team of analysts in order management and billing operations.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and handle escalations.
• Review validation of customer contracts across multiple systems.
• Execute and own SOX compliant month end reconciliations.
• Support quarterly and annual inquiries from auditors and tax consultants.
• Participate in new process implementations and operational improvements.
• Build ad hoc custom Zuora reports and queries.
• Provide strategic insights on alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and monitor key operational metrics for reporting.
• Lead and support the global team to achieve peak performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant order-to-cash experience.
• Solid working knowledge of business systems, particularly Zuora.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls.
