Operations Support Supervisor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified Operations Support Supervisor to lead process optimization and strategic support to partners. This role is essential for overseeing workflows, developing policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

In Short

• Monitor internal processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Analyze workflows, time management, and personnel allocation.
• Develop and standardize policies, procedures, and documentation through research and collaboration with project managers.
• Lead process improvement projects by defining AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, creating action plans, and training users.
• Supervise consultants developing new processes by evaluating materials and ensuring project validation and implementation.
• Prepare analytical reports, graphs, and performance metrics for evaluation meetings.

Requirements

• Advanced English for communication, reading, and writing.
• Proven experience in operations supervision and process improvement.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and workflow automation, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
