• Experience leading medical billing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a learning mindset.
• Preventive approach to Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience with multi-state and tele-health billing.
• Knowledge of EDI Enrollments, Payment Posting, and Denial Management.
• Resourceful and flexible in adapting to business needs.
• Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms.
