Field Service Engineer - Electrical - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer - Electrical will assist internal technicians, end-customers, and OEMs in troubleshooting, failure analysis, warranty, start-ups, and on-site training to meet customer needs.

In Short

• Provide advanced technical support for electrical systems.
• Develop scope of work for Field Service Technicians.
• Handle escalations and interface with other products.
• Act as the interface between customers and the business.
• Perform duties in compliance with quality procedures.
• Identify and report quality concerns immediately.
• Leverage technology for proactive maintenance.
• Submit detailed reports on service work and inspections.
• Support Root Cause Analyses of equipment issues.
• Communicate fleet and product issues to relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 4 years experience.
• 7 years experience in servicing and troubleshooting engines.
• 2+ years field experience in advanced troubleshooting.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S without Visa sponsorship.
