Overview

The Senior Manager, B2B Account Recovery is responsible for executing inKind’s B2B recovery strategy across the restaurant partner portfolio, managing complex accounts, and leading negotiations to protect financial positions while maintaining partner trust.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert across teams.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Remote work eligible within the contiguous US.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in B2B collections or account recovery.
  • Experience with complex negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Ability to lead sensitive financial negotiations.
  • Experience with CRM and financial reporting tools.
  • Periodic travel to partner sites may be required.
