INFUSE is looking for a highly organized and driven individual to join our amazing Team as an In-House Counsel.

• Must be licensed in good standing in Florida.
• Experience as a litigator in Florida preferred.
• Ability to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed.
• Work with outside counsel and executive teams on legal matters.
• Provide support in litigation, contracts, and compliance.
• Assist with corporate development to further company growth.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience.
• Licensed attorney in Florida.
• Experience in commercial contract review.
• Litigation experience in Florida.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational team.
• Prior in-house experience is an advantage.
