An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Legal Counsel to join the in-house legal team at Deciphex, a leading digital pathology company, working remotely while based in Ireland.

In Short

• Remote role based in Ireland.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Third level degree in Law or equivalent.
• Qualified to practice law in the UK and/or Ireland/EU.
• 2-4 years of PQE, ideally in-house experience.
• Experience with commercial contracts in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and IP matters.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
