Overview

We’re seeking a Creative Digital Designer to help elevate Deciphex’s digital brand presence and enable fast, high-quality creative execution across various corporate channels.

In Short

• Remote role – full time in Ireland or the UK.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital or web design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with WordPress or Webflow and HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of responsive design and digital UX.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a digital design, web design, or marketing design role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with WordPress or Webflow; ability to edit or implement HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital UX.
• Experience working with multiple brands or business units a plus.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing your own project pipeline.
