In Short

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements with employees and contractors.
• Prepare, review and support agreements with partners.
• Draft, review and structure publishing agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property matters.
• Maintain and manage internal legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants.
• Organize and maintain the company’s legal documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product and Marketing teams.
• Analyze and improve legal processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GameDev or related industries.
• Experience working with mobile stores.
• Ability to ensure compliance with App Store guidelines.
• Experience drafting international contracts in English.
• Solid understanding of B2B agreements and IP regulations.
• Understanding of the mobile game development business model.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
