In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of a cloud-native Data Platform.
• Work with a diverse team of engineers, AI and ML scientists, and product managers.
• Architect distributed data processing systems using Apache Spark.
• Support AI/ML initiatives through robust data engineering.
• Champion best practices in ETL/ELT, data quality, and Agile development.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance development.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable data platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership across engineering domains.
• Translate business objectives into platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Strong command of data engineering best practices and tools.
• Experience enabling AI/ML workloads.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security.
