Event Technology Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Informa Markets is seeking an experienced Event Technology Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of event technology solutions for multiple events, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with customer experience goals.

In Short

• Manage multiple concurrent events or workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project scope and timelines.
• Ensure accurate platform and partner configuration.
• Identify risks and manage handoffs across functional teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery playbooks.
• Support stakeholder education on platform capabilities.
• Coordinate successful configuration and launch of event technologies.
• Support onsite delivery and post-event analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the event lifecycle and digital platforms.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%).
