Overview

The Event Technology & Registration Project Manager will oversee medium to large scale in-person and digital events, ensuring effective registration processes and managing digital platforms to enhance attendee experiences.

In Short

  • Lead and consult on large-scale events with up to 10,000 in-person and 200,000 digital attendees.
  • Manage event registration and digital tools, ensuring effective client communication.
  • Oversee vendor management and attendee registration processes.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical architects.
  • Ensure adherence to planning schedules and budget management.
  • Utilize tools like Rainfocus, Stova, and Cvent.
  • Participate in team and client meetings, documenting outcomes.
  • Supervise onsite teams during events.
  • Develop attendee support plans and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event management with a focus on corporate events.
  • Strong project management skills from concept to execution.
  • Preferred experience with session management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel for events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
