The Global Head of Business Development is a senior leader who will define, build, and lead Opus Agency’s global business development motion, focusing on attracting and growing new clients across regions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in global events and experiential marketing.
  • Track record of attracting and growing new client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the industry ecosystem and key publications.
  • Experience navigating complex buying environments.
  • Ability to design a business development model.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline and pursuit strategies.
  • Familiarity with modern business development tools.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
