Event Technology Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Event Technology Project Manager will lead and consult on medium to large-scale in-person and/or digital events, managing event registration and digital platforms to create effective event experiences.

• Lead and manage event registration and digital platforms.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to build effective event experiences.
• Oversee vendors and manage the attendee registration process.
• Drive innovative strategies for events with 10,000+ attendees.
• Supervise team members and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Act as primary contact for clients on event technology workstreams.
• Participate in internal trainings and recommend process improvements.
• Manage documentation and content for platform/tool builds.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver projects within time and budget requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in corporate events.
• Experience in registration management from discovery to execution.
• Familiarity with event management tools like Cvent, Rainfocus, and Airtable.
• Preferred experience in session content management and lead retrieval management.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred.
