An exciting opportunity to join Infoblox as a Customer Development Representative II, where you will work closely with various teams to expedite sales and manage customer relationships in a remote or hybrid role.

In Short

  • Analyze data for customer proposals to enhance satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Manage renewal quotes and all aspects of maintenance and subscription renewals.
  • Facilitate client relationships to encourage product adoption and retention.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to address issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Use assessment tools to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Deliver presentations to explore expansion opportunities with technical buyers.
  • Foster collaboration between field and customer development organizations.
  • Achieve high renewal rates while enhancing customer understanding.
  • Educate customers on upcoming EOL events for timely product refresh.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 3+ years of service renewals experience, particularly in channel environments.
  • Expert knowledge of service business terms and conditions.
  • Experience in multi-tier channel environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and cloud migrations.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Innovative ideas for customer adoption and churn reduction.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
